OPAP asked the 3 participants in its IT tender (GTECH, Intralot, Scientific Games) to present their offers for a second time given the recent changes in the composition of the evaluation committee.
Moreover, OPAP asked for a 6-month extension to the offers.

As a result, the earliest the tender can be completed is March 2007, not taking into account any legal or other possible complexities.

Note that OPAP expects within October the decision of the Athens Court of First Instance on Intralot’s injunction measures.
