BULGARIA: Kamenitza Modernisation to Cost EUR 3.5 mln

Local beer maker Kamenitza AD, owned by the world's biggest brewer by volume InBev, said it will spend EUR 3.5 mln on modernisation in '07, Dnevnik a.m. reports. The company will phase in the Voyager Plant Optimisation system which standardises brewery operations across InBev businesses.
Some EUR 3.4 mln were invested in the modernisation of the Kamenitza brewery production and storage facilities in Plovdiv in '05-'06.
