Enlargement is EU's most positive policy, but Macedonia and Western Balkan countries at the moment need to foresee the entire process and to frame it in a precise timetable as it was done with the countries that joined EU in 2004 and 2007, stressed Vice Prime Minister Ivica Bocevski in his address at Prague conference on topic "EU Enlargement - Five Years After".
The period of crisis, Bocevski added, requires bold decisions and courageous leaders at both national and European level.

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic said today that a new competition for start-up loans will begin in the middle of March.
Following the signing of a memorandum on the approval of loans for first time entrepreneurs between Belgrade City and the Development Fund, Dinkic said that this year 3 000 loans worth a total of RSD 4 bn will be approved, adding that the state approved 4 000 start-up loans during the previous two years.
