NERS General Manager Aleksandar Obradovic stated that “Cez” activated security option in this project with planned value of EUR 1.4 bn due to fact that there was a breach of obligations from the agreement by “Elektroprivreda RS”. Spiric said that this is the project that has the widest support of the state of BiH, and it is also necessary to preserve the consensus that exists on the issue of the Euro-Atlantic integrations. The public assessments of the NATO officials are that no country has fulfilled obligations from the Partnership for Peace as BiH. In an interview for daily Fokus, Kuzmanović said that the RS would not enter “what is called change to the decision-making system at Bosnia-Hercegovina level.” “But we do support entering all the changes on human rights and freedoms, collective and individual, that the EU seeks. We are in favor of making changes pertaining to more functional parliamentary activity, particularly of the Council of Peoples,” he explained. |
