Republic of Srpska President Rajko Kuzmanović has stressed that any changes to the Bosnian Constitution should be acceptable to one and all.
In an interview for daily Fokus, Kuzmanović said that the RS would not enter “what is called change to the decision-making system at Bosnia-Hercegovina level.”
“But we do support entering all the changes on human rights and freedoms, collective and individual, that the EU seeks. We are in favor of making changes pertaining to more functional parliamentary activity, particularly of the Council of Peoples,” he explained.
